Weekend trip to Quincy

Playing with the girls at Grandma and Grandpa Hull's house.

Happy Birthday Grandma!

Madison and I visited Quincy last weekend. She is walking assisted and has only taken a few uneasy steps on her own. She likes to give kisses now and prefers kissing her stuffed animals rather than Mommy or Daddy. She no longer likes baby food and will spit it out...she still has 4-5 bottles each day and real food for lunch and dinner. Madison is a big fan of Mac & Cheese and Cherrios. Daisy is also a big fan of Cherrios since Madison enjoys feeding them to her. Madison loves being outside and I'm so glad warm weather is here for the next few days. Hopefully it will be warm enough to go see Willie weigh-in at the fishing tournament this Sunday. Willie is spending the nights this week working on Grandpa's Sable. For those who don't know, we got my Grandpa's Mercury Sable for Willie to commute in instead of putting miles on his truck. The first time he drove it to work, it threw a belt which he was able to fix. The next week he drove it, it threw the belt again and we had to rent a flat-bed auto hauler from U-Haul to get the car back home. Now he's working on replacing the water pump so we don't have to put more $ into it at a repair shop. He's trying to get that done this week so he can start on the kitchen floor this weekend. We're pulling up the current floor & laying tile before Madison's birthday party at our house on May 16th. We only have 2 weeks to get it done since Madison is also having a birthday party in Quincy on May 9th. This Spring is going so quick already!
