Weekend trip to Quincy

Madison & I went to Quincy while Willie fished a 2-day tournament this past weekend. He didn't finish as well as he would like, but we had fun in Quincy. We visited the whole family, played at Madison Park and rode the golf cart at Gma and Gpa Hull's farm.

Madison likes ice cream. She likes it even more when she is climbing on her picnic table!

My little daredevil!

Madison is fearless! Today at daycare she climbed a toy kitchen and pulled it over on top of herself. You would think she would learn her lesson...nope! She jumped back on I tried it again! We made a ball pit out of a laundry basket. She think's it is so much fun...especially when she dumps the balls out, turns the basket over & stands on top. We went to the park Sunday morning while Willie fished. Madison loved the swing & would rather climb UP the slide instead of go down.

Race For The Cure

Aunt Emily joined us today in the St Louis Race For The Cure. We walked the 5K in memory of Willie's Mom, a tradition I started with Madison last year & hope to continue for many years to come. There were over 65,ooo people at the Race this year - it is an amazing sight to see all the people who come together for this event. Unfortunately, too many have someone in their life who has been affected by breast cancer. It is very emotional to witness the celebration of the survivors and the remberance of those who lost the fight. Mothers, daughters, wives and sisters who are all loved by so many. I wish I could've met Purita McArtor - she raised the greatest man I have ever met & am lucky to call my husband. Madison Jordan has a very special angel watching over her - I know Grandma Purita would be so proud of her.

Madison would not lay down in her stoller - she didn't want to miss anything. Instead she slept sitting up!

Ready for Weigh-In.

Madison dressed up for Willie's weigh-in today - the fish dress and blue bow were adorable! I fixed the settings on my camera....now we need to go back to the zoo & take more pictures. Willie came in 3rd in the fishing tournament this morning. Good follow-up from last week's 1st place finish. The 2-day bank tournament is coming up at the end of this month.

Summertime fun!

Willie's Dad and Andrea are in town this weekend. We visited the St. Louis Zoo this morning - Madison had a blast and was such a good baby. I think she changed the settings on my camera because most pictures from today are fuzzy :( Madison fell asleep on our way to the car - she was so worn out!

Madison enjoyed her splash mat in the front yard last weekend.
